An unique, industrial, alternative, multi-functional space, nestled in the heart of Sunderland
With spaces to suit any occasion, Bonded Warehouse offers the perfect setting for events of all sizes.
Our ground floor hosts our Tap House, a beautifully-styled, half-seated bar and the perfect close space for socialising. With a well-stocked bar, impressive acoustics, and an artist-friendly stage, it is an ideal setting for a more intimate event.
Upstairs, our stunning Warehouse boasts exposed brickwork, decadent beams, and carefully restored original features framing our main staged area. It is the perfect setting for larger scale celebrations and offers access to our outdoor space.
Our secluded external courtyard is a south-facing suntrap with ample space for outdoor activities. The desired amount of shade or shelter can also be created in our charming courtyard with the aid of our large heated stretch tent.
Set just outside of the city centre, with excellent links to public transport, we are well connected and easily reachable for your guests.
